Selena Gomez took a break from her tour schedule for an afternoon of poolside fun in Miami.

The Disney star, who turned 19 earlier this month, slipped into pretty pink bikini to cool off from the Florida heat on Friday.

At one point, she untied her bikini top to avoid getting tan lines as she reclined on a sun lounger after taking a dip in the pool at a luxury Orlando hotel.

The performer, who kicked off her summer tour on July 24 in Costa Mesa, is travelling throughout the US on her Dream Out Loud tour for the rest of this month.

Her boyfriend Justin Bieber joined her for part of the tour last week and was spotted taking in some sunshine the following day in Miami.

Hinting he has been in a rather romantic mood of late, he wrote on Twitter that same day: 'What makes you so beautiful is that you don't know how beautiful you are... to me.'

He also had a great deal of affection for the city too, adding: 'I LOVE MIAMI.'

The 17-year-old was spending time with singer Sean Kingston, who recently recovered from a jetski accident.

Bieber describes the star as a 'real friend.'

He is taking a month off to relax with his pals - and of course Selena - before beginning work on his next album.

Gomez is set to perform in Atlanta tomorrow night.

She may be famous for being a Disney star, but Miley Cyrus is starting to look markedly different from her Hannah Montana days.

The former Disney star sported a slinky grey bikini which showed off her slender figure and growing number of tattoos as she spent the day with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth at a Michigan lake yesterday.

And it seems the actress and singer has also developed a nasty habit as she was spotted lighting up several cigarettes while soaking up the sunshine.

The star was clearly having a great time as she carried her brand new puppy Floyd with her on the jetty, and clung on to him when she took a dip in the water, at Orchard Lake.

The pooch was by the singer's side all day, and she later changed into a white vest top and red patterned skirt to take him for a walk.

Later, the star took a ride on a jet ski with her Australian boyfriend, Liam, 21, who has just been filming his new role in the hotly anticipated film adaptation of The Hunger Games

It's clear that the Hannah Montana star's relationship with the actor - her co-star in film The Last Song - is firmly back on after the pair split briefly last year.

They were joined by Miley's friend, former star of reality show The City, Erin Lucas.

'Lake day with @erin_lucas and our bfs :),' Miley wrote on her Twitter page yesterday. 'We already put them do a coffee run but it's taking WAY tooo long!'

Her new smoking habit comes in contrast to comments she made in her 2009 autobiography Miles To Go, according to the New York Post.

'I would never smoke,' she wrote. 'I always say that for me, smoking would be like smashing my guitar and expecting it to play.

'I'd never do that to my voice, not to mention the rest of my body,' she added.

'My girlfriend asked her, "Are you excited about being a big sister?" And she's like, "Yeah, because I'm going to be a grown-up. I'm going to drink vino and drive."'

After winning the Hungary Grand Prix and driving in his 200th Grand Prix, Jenson Button was on top of the world today.

And after clinching pole position in Budapest, the 31-year-old was certainly sharing the love as he joined his girlfriend and teammate Lewis Hamilton for a group hug.

As he joined the McLaren team for a group celebration, Button and Michibata were pulled together by an over-enthusiastic Hamilton.

After pipping Germany's Sebastian Vettel to the post, Button's win is his second of the season.

The Judas singer appeared on The View chat show, which aired in the U.S. earlier today, and spoke of her grief, even though she never met the Back To Black singer.

She told the panel: ‘I am just so devastated and so sad and I really could not speak for 48 hours straight I was in such shock.’

Fight scenes on the set of new Batman movie The Dark Night Rises were never going to be a walk in the park.

But when Christian Bale and Tom Hardy got into character today to film scenes for the action flick it literally left one of the stars with ripped clothes and bumps and bruises.

Bale, who plays Batman, was on the front steps of Gotham City Hall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with Hardy, who plays villain Bane.

Winter battle: Bale got into character on the set that was flooded with fake snow and got his fists ready for action


The two actors fought it out and onlookers saw elbows flying and plenty of action to whet the appetite of fans of the comic book series.

At one point in the fight scene Hardy's pants had a wardrobe malfunction as his whole thigh was showing out of his villain outfit.

The scene had hundreds of extras dressed as police men and bad guys fighting and there was also a snow machine on hand blowing onto the scene as they fought.
